Russ is a co-founder of CRĒO Industrial Arts and started the company in his garage 30 years ago. From fabrication to design and project management, Russ has participated in all facets of the signage industry for over 39 years. He currently oversees major projects for clients throughout the United States, projects that have been featured in many national publications and has received numerous awards. Russ received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and formerly worked at Design/2 of Newport Beach, California.
Russ has been a seminar speaker at four national conferences of the Society of Environmental Graphic Designers on the subject of metal fabrication. Recently completed projects under his direction include City Creek in Salt Lake City, UT; Slotzilla at The Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas, NV; Winnipeg SHED in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara, CA; Santana Row, an award-winning mixed-use project in San Jose, CA; Safeco Field in Seattle, WA; and various venues of Disney’s California Adventure and Hong Kong Disneyland.
Outside of work, Russ enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and fly fishing.
